Meet me Saturday 7/27 at the Pet Valu Open House in Olney, MD  11am – 1pmRazz, racing name Ry Ry Razz, is a 5yo who completed 93 races. She was a good racer, finishing either first or second in over 1/3 of her races. She’s come off the track strong and fit (just shy of 70lbs) and is a confident girl, smart and wants to please. Razz is primarily black in color with some white on her chest and toes. She’s definitely a looker, very sleek.Razz can be a bit shy at first but warms up quickly. She’s friendly and absolutely loves to be scratched/pet, she’ll plop her head down in your lap or snuggle into the crook of your arm to get you to pet her. She crates easily, can be a little vocal in the morning but settles quietly each night. Right now, she’s not super food motivated, but we’re still experimenting to find treats that she can’t get enough of.When out for walks, she is curious about her new environment. She has gotten lots of exposure to kids running around and riding their bikes in the neighborhood. She’s done great with introductions to neighbors (big and small) and her leash manners improve daily. She’s been doing well with stairs outside and we’ll start tackling the townhouse stairs this week. She hasn’t shown any hesitacy with hardwood or tile floors.Razz is a little too interested in small critters outside but has been getting along great with the resident greyhound and had no issues hanging around a corgi for several hours the other day. She would also be fine as an only. She will be available for approved adopter visits on 7/12/19.
