The GW Adopt-A-Trail Project |
Greyhound Welfare has sponsored a section of the beautiful Northwest Branch Trail, which is part of the Anacostia Trail system. This hiker/biker paved trail is a lovely spot to come for a stroll, and your kids and/or dogs would wholeheartedly agree! Unfortunately, some of those enjoying the trail do leave their trash behind. We would like to help the environment, and the enjoyment of all, by cleaning up a section of this trail a few times a year. We'd love to have you out to help us - you can stay for as little or long as you like on any of our event dates!
