Spirit, racing name Scary Spirit, is a 3.5 year old girl from Ireland with a beautiful black tuxedo coat. They called her Scary Spirit, but don’t let the name fool you — the only thing frightening about this girl is how quickly she’ll steal your heart. Born in Ireland, Spirit arrived at the track and quietly decided she had better things to do.

In lieu of a racing career, Spirit has committed herself full-time to the far more demanding profession of being pampered. Her daily schedule includes strategic napping, selective zoomie bursts of energy, and an ongoing campaign for additional treats that historians will one day call relentless.
Off the track — which she never stepped onto — Spirit is a calm, reserved, and genuinely lovely girl. She moves through the world with elegant greyhound grace, gets along beautifully with children and small dogs, and brings a quiet, sophisticated energy to any room (except during zoomie hour).
If you’ve ever wanted a dog who looks like she belongs at a gala but acts like she belongs on the couch, Spirit is your girl. She comes from Ireland, she knows how to make an entrance, and she is very much available for a life of being adored.
